VPS has completed principal photography (HDTV Acquisition)
for the 24P feature "The Fergesons." This independent
light-horror production centers around a seemingly mild
mannered family who has a taste for their swinging
neighbors...literally! Distribution is being coverd by the
same company handling the "Halloween" cult classic series.
Using the Sony CineAlta F900/3 cameras, this feature
showcases the production capabilities of VPS with all bases
covered including HDTV Engineers, DP, Camera Operators,
Lighting Designer, Cinematographer, 'B' unit direction and
Audio Engineer.
Mark Burnett (HD Engineer of Robert
Rodriguez' "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" ) stopped by the set
to share his insight and give favorable kudos to the VPS
crew. |

VPS sponsored a benefit for orphaned children afflicted by
AIDS in South Africa. "Transitions - South Africa" took place
at the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles for the 'Acres of
Love' organization. Oprah Winfrey has featured this charity on
her program. |

Greetings!
After being approached with tight time tables and budgetary
challenges, VPS succeeds on delivering support and service to client
Olesen Lighting at their fifth year of supporting the Rolex Historic
Races at Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California and third year at Lime Rock Park in Connecticut.

The Rolex "Moments in Time" exhibit was nothing less than
an elite travelling museum including video and audio
displaying the background of five history making automobiles
including Austin-Healey, Porsche, Ferrari, BMW and Peugeot.

| Range Rover "Sport" Debut at LA & Detroit Auto Shows
|

VPS and Olesen Lighting team up again for the national
launch of the new Range Rover "SPORT" at Raleigh Studios
Manhattan Beach, CA. This launch coincided with Los Angeles
Auto Show. The product was rolled out the same day at Detroit
Auto Show at Cobo Hall.
Presenters were mic'd in the corner of a hard cyclorama
which made for a challenging room EQ. The audio was flawlessly
distributed evenly by the VPS engineers in a 5 point design.
Raleigh Studios Stage 16 has been very popular with car
companies and will see it's popularity grow in 2005 with more
events in the coming weeks. |
